Acceptable Use Policy

Orbit is meant to help people think with a personal AI team. Abuse that harms others, breaks the law, or threatens the integrity of the service is not allowed.

You may not use Orbit to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors
• Engage in scams, phishing, identity theft, unauthorized access to systems, or distribution of malware
• Plan or assist violent crime, terrorism, or the development/use of biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons
• Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or incite hatred or violence against individuals or groups
• Generate spam, deceptive marketing at scale, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
• Attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, billing, or authentication controls
• Probe, scan, or attack our infrastructure or that of our providers without authorization
• Use outputs as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions in medicine, law, credit, employment, or safety without appropriate human professional oversight
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created professional advice, or as coming from Orbit staff when it does not

Conversations about health, mental health, relationships, money, and legal topics are allowed for general organization and reflection, subject to our disclaimers in the Terms of Service. Do not use the product for emergencies or as a substitute for licensed care.

Automated bulk scraping, reselling API-like access, or other activity that unfairly burdens capacity or shared infrastructure may be throttled or blocked, even on paid plans.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report to law enforcement when appropriate. Appeals can be sent to hello@example.com.
